eerily and uncharacteristically empty now that most of the stuff has gone in the bin and the rest is in my purple crate waiting removal.

in the brave new world of the new office rumours abound that every day will end with our desks looking like this.

moving offices is odd. they are spaces that we spend so much time in but over which we have a minimal amount of control.

mine is usually piled high with paper, unopened mail and the plastic beaver that my colleague brought back from canada for me (yes, the pun was intended. he's that sort of colleague).

i shall miss the view and the leafy commute. the new view is more snazzy. not sure if i'm supposed to show it to you because it might reveal where i work and then i might have to delete myself.

spent the day in the bus looking at a computer screen. made toast for boo and did tag parenting with mr skatergirl so he could watch the second half of the gig
