The beach

Well, more pebbles actually. Daisy had a lovely play.
Today we went to Osmington beach for a stroll - bits of it are sandy but we were too early for a good stretch of sand to be walked on - the tide was going out but  . . . we got wet feet so hopped on to the pebbles to go back to the car!
A beautiful bay - see extra and then en route back to the house, we saw Chesil beach from the top of a hill with Portland in the back ground - wonderful views albeit a bit misty.
Have so enjoyed our time here in Dorset. 
Shame we have to go home tomorrow but there we go.....such is life.
The stars are out tonight - it is chilly....
