Can't Read?

The cardboard boxes can be recycled and it's possible that someone thought that shiny Christmas paper could be too (it can't), but plastic bags?  Definitely not, so it was probably sheer laziness that made someone dump this lot by the already overflowing bins.  We have a recycle bin collection tomorrow in this area, so why do people do this?

Have decided to serve my guests Jambalya tomorrow, from a recipe in a book my daughter gave me for Christmas.  It will certainly be different:-)
