Morecambe mud, aka Morecambe Bay sands. 

After lunch in a Morecambe cafe (having decided that eating fish and chips on the prom wasn't a good idea) we said goodbye to Jane and the family. They set off east and we headed north.

Now enjoying a quiet evening.
