Colourful Amsterdam

This part of Amsterdam was run down and unsafe for a long time. Years ago old flats were removed and new housing set up. What remained of the old flats was thoroughly improved. Not only to make it more comfortable, but also to improve the looks. I love what they did to the area. I'll upload a few extras.

And dinner at my brother's house again. I had a great and relaxing Christmas. We went for a 2 hour walk in this area he lives in, watched some TV, had our chats and were each absorbed in our own book. The perfect Christmas.
