Alstroemeria.....

....drizzled in droplets after overnight rain. 

I wandered down the drive early this morning, hoping to see the sunrise instead I was side-tracked by all the droplets simply hanging in the calm of the morning.....needless to say the sunrise slipped by.

It was a gloomy, humid kind of day.....certainly not feeling like summer or Christmas at present.
