Yesterday, the lovely family of Shropshire Lad, his wife C and the delightful I, spent a few hours with us.

It surprised us, not only with her talking but the way that she puts sentences together -- and she's only just turned 2 !

After a very tasty meal, we exchanged Christmas presents.

We bought this appropriate one for O, because it was too good not to.
