Winter comes

So, the winter has finally found us and hit us with a snow storm at day break. Depressing to think pavements may be difficult to walk on or run or cycle for weeks ahead. I am not sure the old adage that, 'there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing' holds up. Cold, wet, wind can be contended with, but if you cannot hold your footing - you are stuffed. I guess it will have to be the gym and wretched treadmill machines for a while.
