Fish for Dinner

Decided on Arctic Char with Charmoula for tonight’s dinner with assorted family members as the last couple of days before we get back to our quieter normal lifestyle. In the meantime good to have an excuse to eat together and enjoy family. This also accompanied by tasting 4 different wines - very enjoyable evening - only marred by the absence of J who was in bed with food poisoning - not from my cooking I might add!
