In Oxford there are two sides to cycle safety - staying safe when on your bike and keeping your bike safe when not on it. Some of the places to lock your bike up are more creative than others, this is by the Pegasus Theatre, who are, unsurprisingly, one of the more creative locations. Took this on my way home after the Reel Life cinema discussion, which was really interesting as ever - Downsizing was tonight's film.
