Swinging cherub

Another swinging cherub clock has come my way to repair, this time from the friends with whom we stayed after Christmas.  They say it has not been working for years but I think it just requires a good clean and service. The cherub pendulum should swing pleasantly and needs a special twin wheeled escapement to allow it to do so. Repairing the clock is the least I can do for them to repay their hospitality.
