A parliament of rooks.

I'm not sure these are rooks and I had to look up their collective noun. "Parliament" seems a bit odd, but perhaps bird brains, pecking each other etc. are not too far off!
The extra shows their home further back, and tarted up because it was yet another dull drizzly day.
