It's Marmalade Time!

When shopping this morning, I noticed that the Seville Oranges were on the shelf, a bit earlier than I expected! So, the first batch of fruit is cooking now and smells delicious. Tomorrow morning we will complete the final stage and hopefully end up with a dozen or so jars of fresh marmalade.
