Blipvent Calendar #5: Krampus

A close-up of a little bit of Austrian festive folklore that I learned about today...

This little guy is Krampus, who according to Wikipedia "... is a beast-like creature from the folklore of Alpine countries thought to punish bad children during the Christmas season, in contrast with Saint Nicholas, who rewards nice ones with gifts."

He turns up on 5th December to do his thing apparently. So on my desk today some kindly soul left me a chocolate Krampus. Maybe they think I've been naughty?
