Hello 2019

First day of the year and at the end of the walk we get to this glorious spot. It is calm and I am happy near the sea. We survived another year of madness and I am grateful to still be standing after it all.
I promise to be grateful for more moments throughout the year and to find calmness when I can.
Oh and go for a walk everyday, no matter how busy my mind feels it is.
