Andy in Brisbane

I was there when Andy Murray won the Brisbane International Tennis singles title in 2012 and again in 2013. I was there tonight to see him lose his second round match to Russian  Medvedev, a brilliant young player, fast and with an almost unstoppable serve. There were flashes of Andy's brilliance but he wasn't at his best, understandably after hip surgery.

I also saw Rafa Nadal on the practice courts, looking relaxed and fit. I think he'll have a good 2019 - barring injuries.
