January Bird

Another walk today - just around our local lanes. The unquestionable highlight was a huge flock of Fieldfare (Blip) and Redwings - well over 100 birds - feeding in the fields. Certainly around here it is a bumper year for them. I had an idea of trying to photograph all 12 birds in my local bird group calendar - ideally in the correct month. This was the January bird. I had a quick check for next month and it's a Dipper, so I'm ahead of the game.
