Landfall!

There are no moorings at this bay but there's a tried and tested technique for safely bringing in the boat. Approaching the beach the engine is revved up so that the vessel comes to rest as far up the strand as possible, Both men jump off, one steadies the boat in position with a rope while the other runs  off to fetch the tractor and trailer that's kept at the back of the beach, backs it  down to the water and together they hoist the boat aloft so it can pulled up out of the tide's reach. This was all done smoothly and efficiently in about 3 minutes flat.
