Taking down the decorations.......

...... brings back so many memories. Glass baubles that belonged to my mother and mother-in-law probably purchased pre WW2. A set of small decorations that I bought in Lille on a day trip to a Christmas market. The old striped cardboard box to keep them in that originally held a Christmas cake in the 1950s and various other things that brought back past Christmases. Back into a box and into the loft until next year!!
