Fat Bombs

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted in a saucepan
2 tablespoons tahini
1/3 cup cocoa powder

Stir well then drizzle over nuts or toasted coconut in ice cube trays. Set in refrigerator until solid. Pop into container and store in refrigerator.

No dairy, very low carbs, a little bit of taste. Tried adding drops of pure mint (horrible). Will try dashes of cinnamon.

Wrote first draft of “At 7:15” when I popped out of bed. Bluebirdsin the backyard!

The mole trap was sprung so I moved it to another spot. The mole is either entombed in the ground or hiding in another tunnel. Cold and clear today with sunshine.
