A handsome bird

1 of 4 tablemats given to me by my dear departed Sister many years ago and today one of them has an underpainting filter for AbstractThursday, thanks to Ingeborg for continuing to host.

The old banger (my car) has survived her MOT and service, but not without a little work .....  corroded brake pipes ....  an essential repair I suppose?!!

My day has been taken up with minimal house duties and much progress on my current EBook, which runs out tomorrow - I've had to purchase a another extension. 

Note to self:  I really must get a grip.
