Christmas is coming!

And here's the first snowfall. Huge chunks of snow falling this morning and an inch or so (2.5cm) on the pavement meant that D and I took the bus to the station. Here's the view from our bus stop, and the tree with the lights is the one planted by my parents in the 1977 for the Silver Jubilee.

I'm glad I took this quick snap. There was no snow in Central London and this snow was gone by the time we got home.
