'Come on Big Spot ... give us a smile'

After enjoying a cuppa and an enormous piece of fruit loaf L and I headed into Queens Park to walk of some of the calories just consumed. I just add that we both took half of our slice home to enjoy in the afternoon.

We walked round the ponds and then headed up to to the glasshouses and reptile house where we were informed by a mum and her toddler that the snakes had just been fed so most had retreated to their hideyholes under the rocks.

Big Spot, the Leopard Tortoise, after munching on some salad leaves, was enjoying a few moments under the heat lamp.
