Cold and grey

It even rained when we were already on the road, but we knew a nice little cafe on the Groene Loper in Maastricht, where we could get warm again. We went through la Petit-Lanaye and Maastricht. The locks to the river Maas looked very lonely in the distance. The water, the steep hillside walls and the sky were grey. Very serene. (extra)
