One Year On

One year on from the first angina attack, subsequent heart bypass, and resultant complications Mrs M is looking relaxed and anxious to put 2018 behind her. She went swimming again yesterday for the first time since then and has been building up the walking distances since November. A dull day on the coastal path but a red letter one.
