Truly Blippin' Marvelous

Geese . . .

about a tenth of them. A gaggle, to me, is about this size . . . what's it called when there's ten times as many? They've been hanging out here for quite a while now.

There is a lovely cloudless, rosy sunset as I post this.

The day started with a funeral Mass for a member, Carol, of St Peter's  congregation.

I then walked the crisp snow and met a couple of cross-country skiers. The river walk is a gentle place to start to learn that skill.  Pics on Flickr.

Later in the afternoon, when it was warmer, I walked Kiki there and the snow was slushy and slippery in places.
