The Christmas fishing adventures of the forester and the lovely daughter have been very low key. This morning they left at silly o'clock in the morning and launched in the dark so they were certainly there for first light. This snapper was caught by the forester. A friend who was fishing near by gave them fish because they had enough and that meant less filleting for him. Sometimes fishing is like that. You are in the same area but it is one boat that catches all the fish. All our friends in the street now have fish for dinner.
Tomorrow we will drive the lovely daughter back home to Christchurch. it has been wonderful to have her company.
