Left Over

This is all that's left from my first ever attempt at making a proper pork pie.  Hot water pastry and all that.  I've got ideas about what I can improve and I look forward to seeing if my ideas bring better results.

But it was tasty and that was my main consideration.  I'm unlikely ever to be in the same league as Calum Franklin but I'll be happy if I can improve every time.

I'm quite enjoying this getting back to cooking.  I need more veggie recipes though.
