Casserole

We have a very old friend from the Isle of Skye staying with us for a couple of days so tonight's meal was Spanish Pork with Olives and a Jacket Potato followed by Rhubarb Crumble and Custard - also including comfortably adequate  amounts of wine, whisky and gin etc.    A very enjoyable evening.
