Baking Apple Pie

Did not do much today, could not leave the house. A good excuse to watch Jonathan Waxman on my kickstarter cooking app Panna and learn to bake an airy Apple Pie. Airy in this case means 'it will be gone before you know it'. :-)

So no 'real photo' today. Just a photo of the screen. I wonder if that is cheating :-) but there will be lots of times I will not be able to get out of the house. With raining season taking the wheelchair out is doable but a lot of hassle, plus the camera/phone will get wet. So I will have to improvise, a lot. ?
