Margaret River, Western Australia

Up at 7am and a hearty breakfast before catching the 9.30 train from Perth south to Bunbury, then 2 hours on the bus to Margaret River, arriving around 2pm! Long walk to the YHA which is in a lovely setting out of town.

We have already found a shortcut through a park to get into town and today's blip is one of the interesting plants I snapped. Maybe someone knows it's name, it has very unusual seed pods ...

It started raining earlier, after a beautiful blue sky when we were travelling down! It's also become cold .... I'm told that the rain is temporary ....
