Winter Dinner

Greetings everyone
It’s dark, damp, cold and very January outside, so I thought it best to add a little warmth to the proceedings, courtesy of some Chicken, Celeriac, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Swede, Leek, Black Pepper and some Tomoto Purée.
It went down rather well, and with plenty for Monday evening too, happy days.
