MAMIL

Well I'm not sure if it's lyrcra or not, but this is me in running gear for the third day running.
Albeit yesterday as tail walker on the junior parkrun I wasn't exactly stretched much.

Just done 2 miles but really don't like running in the dark, nor on my own so quite happy that I managed 2.

Might try and make it a Monday thing.

I'm still processing my Thai photos so will hopefully fill in the blip gaps soon.
