The gallery is closed Mondays, but I'm not. Today I had two barbering clients, both elderly and can not make it out and about and they really appreciate the fact that they can get well groomed without the hassle of leaving their homes. After that it was time to do the weekly shop but I now use local independents in Thirsk for fresh produce which is so much better and fresher. Being a local independent I fully appreciate the hashtag #shoplocal! I have a great relationship with all the local traders and fully support them, not only by shopping with them but also promoting them the best I can.
Since a previous post where I posted that I won Hambleton District Business Champion Awards 2018 I have since become a Councillor of Thirsk Town and also members of various local committees.
Back to today: Prepared tea, cod loin, homemade dauphinoise potatoes & roasted cherry tomatoes dressed with oregano. Whilst the potatoes were in the oven I quickly popped to Middlesbrough and hey presto - BLIP :)
The light trail you can see the the car transporter carrying cars across the River Tees and I was surprised to find it open as it was a bit windy and normally the slightest wind - it's closed! I would have shown the right side of the Transporter Bridge, but the uprights weren't illuminated...
Happy Monday to you all 'Carry on Blipping!' :))
