Brooding Maiden Castle

The Bird Walk took us here today - about a year ago we came and it really poured with rain . It wasn’t dissimilar today though we stayed a little dryer .
Find it a very bleak landscape . Lots of pipits bobbing about overhead and some golden plovers were seen though not by me!!!! I’m an abysmal failure at spotting many of the birds - ‘ over there ‘ - I look and there’s nothing to be seen !!
We finished off with a coffee in #Coffee1 .
Home to find the tumble dryer has ceased working .
I did enjoy the drama - ‘ Brexit - the Uncivil War ‘ .
