Velocity Cafe and Bicycle Workshop, Inverness.

A fine co-operative that allows you to turn up and use the workshop space and tools - there is usually someone about to give you some advice if needed. They also run bicycle maintenance classes.

The coffee and homebaking is fabby. A punning menu that includes 'campagcino'.
My own suggestions are for a 'flat white' - a ready made pun, and for an 'Americano stripped of all his titles' (or a Lance for short).

That last one might not fit on the blackboard.
