Rocketing down with rain, serious rain comparable to a decent storm in Portland. :-)

Brunch at Toast.  Didn't think much of their pancakes, oddly chewy and you had to pay $2 extra to have real maple syrup.  Sheesh.

(This place used to be Herb's Fine Food, a nice old diner, sadly another goner. Herb's had been here since 1943 but the rents became too high... same old story.) 

Extra is a reader, not as sharp as I'd like it to be, but I was walking fast as I was late to meet A & R at Alice's.

Dropped my camera today, hopefully haven't messed it up.
