Meet Eli the eel

Job done, Sara and family are back home from Moore River safe and sound, our last morning at their place feeding fish the cat and Bonsai plants, when i say fish they are no ordinary fish, the tank must be 4ft long not to mention the outdoor ponds, in the indoor tank (in Cobeys 'man shed') lives Eli who is quite tame and likes to come to the surface to eat his food, he swims quite happily amongst the other fish, live crickets are his treats, we didn't feed him those, just fish pellets we will leave the treats for Cobey.
A busy morning, when we got home Mark and his family came down while they had new flooring put in,  Ruby & Deklan had their two little cousins staying with them who normally live in Toodyay the hills district, they have been enjoying the beach and cooler weather near the coast, its been very hot in the hills, we had four little ones running around and goodness they can eat, they must have hollow legs! they ploughed through ham & pickles, fruit and strawberry sauce toast, not mention ice cream followed by ginger bread men and choc chip cookies, its school holidays spoiling time at nanas house, after eating most of my pantry it was time to go home, phew, that was hectic, but I've missed the little ones, the house is quiet again now but they will be back..
