I is for....

...Ivy.  This Ivy is growing in a hanging basket in the back garden near the bird feeder; it's nice to see a bit of greenery still here.

We went to Redditch to see our friends Nicola and Stewart today.  We arrived midday and took off for Bromsgrove for lunch at St John's Wine Rooms, a very nice wine bar in the town's St John's conservation area with the church towering above.

I is also for ink, in this case squid ink risotto which was served with the sea bass chosen by Ann, I had the baked cod washed down with a pint of Chieftain IPA, an Irish ale from the Franciscan Well Brewery.
