Spring is on its Way

Yes our little snowdrops are budding and blooming. Minutes of darkness are disappearing. So it won't be long, folks, before spring is with us.

Today's walk was a bit of a challenge. It was meant to be 5 miles but somehow it ended up as about 8.5 miles. Just after Xmas excesses....that was a bit much for me. But it was a walk of a coincidence as I walked along with a new lady who told me she used to live in Cairo...what years?....same as my sister! ....it turns out they knew each other. I phoned my sister on my return and I will try to arrange a get together in the future.
