Splashing

An early start for me (Chris), a drive to Didcot and then a train to Bristol for a couple of working days with the part of my team based here. The views from the train of the frosty landscape as the sun came up were beautiful. Unfortunately the train boiler had failed so the temperature on the train was also pretty frosty, glad I had my coat!

I had a walk outside at lunchtime, up Brandon Hill to the Cabot Tower. I was going to blip a view of the tower in the sunshine but I found the water features below too tempting. Like last week, getting a long exposure involved some precarious camera balancing but I think the result was worthwhile.

Thanks so much for the feedback on yesterday's shot of the Red Kite.
