Sorry for limited commenting here ... still limping through the days with persisting malaise. Interestingly I was talking to a woman yesterday who said her sleep was buggered by the menopause too. What with that and this virus ... ho hum.... I'm offering my corpse for the purposes of reclaiming access to private paths for open access (see Jamjar's link on her blip today).
