Sorry, the quality's not very good, I obviously need to practise taking panoramas!

A lunch stop by Riber Castle, and although it wasn't raining we'd have been okay if it was. One member was very keen to tell us all about the stone within the railings just to the right of us, see the extra. It was marked as Ordnance Survey and was apparently used in the very first surveys of Derbyshire, the next one being to the south in Melbourne. This was before triangulation began to be used.  I've searched for more information online but can't find anything.
