Wave!

Another fairly quiet focussed day that had some productive meetings (we *finally* nailed ‘the numbers’ for EFI that have been disputed for months and months - a big milestone!)
Also managed to have quite a good chunk of time to think and do some background work....lovely!
Came home and called AR and Mx to chat before bed....then tried to organise more builders quotes - so frustrating to have so few of them respond to enquiries. Will this ever get done?
