Things fall apart...

The bulb in the Living Room blew and left it's cap stuck in the fitting, which led to much faffing about with pliers and the need for a stepladder. I'm not the most adept at D.I.Y., it must be said, yet there are loose tiles, blocked drains and a wonky gate - it must be a new year thing...
