Smart Meter rant #2... Apparently the huge amount of time Roy spent on the phone the other day hasn't worked after all - we had a letter today saying our latest reading didn't match with the meter as it would make the bill either too high or too low ( ie we've gone round the clock?! ) and could we do it again...
Roy gave up with the phone calls and wrote a letter back - I would say it fell in the realms of polite but terse, and very uncomplimentary...
