Tail Fanned!

A wood pigeon opposite our high apartment. They most often preen their feathers when they perch on the chimney, and gyrate around in the process (see the extra for one further away, and thus fuzzier). Another cold day, again around 6˚ C (42˚ F). Our only outing was food shopping.
