The district nurse changed my dressings yesterday and was amazed at how quickly the bruising has healed. She's never seen it so good 7 days on from surgery. I shared my secret with her Homeopathic remedies.

Hypericum  asap post op, for deep cuts and nerve ending pain and Arnica  for the swelling and bruising. She was seriously impressed :-) all of the other ladies she has changed dressings for are extremely bruised at this stage
