Rough night coughing, so today mostly sleeping either in bed or on the sofa with intervals for Charlie attention (not that she asks for anything much except food-she doesn't stay close to me at the moment), reading and watching Silent Witness on iplayer....

Really hoping to feel a bit better tomorrow so I am ready for work on Monday.  Its going to be a very busy week, with 1 day out on a course and another 'Team Day Away'.... which leaves 3 days to get everything else done...
