At the Lion’s Gate

Visit to Mycenae today. It rained all day. We kept going until the thunder and lightening started up. Given we were outside on the top of a hill (where else do you build your fortified township?) we retreated to the museum.

By the time we were finished at Mycenae we were all soaked through and the temperature of 5-6 degrees was starting to get to us! Afternoon spent lazing in the hotel instead of seeing Nafplio.
